Submerge in hot water without disposable sleeves or microwave for the suggested times below
700 Watt Microwave - 30 seconds
1000 Watt Microwave - 25 seconds
1250 Watt Microwave 20 seconds
Always test temperature before application. Slip on the protective sleeve and place directly on the breast. The medically recommended time is 20 minutes. You may re-apply when the skin returns to it's normal temperature.
Wash with warm soapy water.
Place in Freezer without disposable sleeves for roughly 2 hours or alternatively submerge in icy water until desired temperature is achieved.
