We offer FREE Standard Australia Post shipping for all orders over $75.00 and a low $5.00 Express Post fee for orders above $75.00

Next business day delivery only is available within the guaranteed Express Post network. For more information visit Express Post parcels. The national next business day delivery network covers approximately 80% of Australia addresses and operates between all capital cities (except Darwin and in Perth CBD only) and some major centres.
Refunds and Store Credit
At Bouncing Back From Birth we want you to be happy with your purchase. We understand the last thing a New Mum with a newborn needs is the stress and hassle of returning a new purchase.
For change of mind purchases we offer no questions asked 30 day store credit, less the cost of return shipping provided the item/s are unused and in the same condition that you received it. To receive full store credit please ensure it remains in the original packaging and any seals unbroken.
Unfortunately, If 30 days have gone by since your purchase or you elected to pay using Afterpay, we can’t offer you store credit.
In the regrettable instance that any of our products are:
- Not as described in appearance or function
- Unsafe to use
You are entitled to a either a full refund or replacement as guaranteed by Australian Consumer Law. Please note if you have used your product correctly or purchased your product on sale your are still protected by ACL and have the right to a refund. If you are unsure whether the issue you are experiencing entitles you to a refund or would like to know more about your rights as a consumer visit the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC)
Returning your Order
To process your return/store credit email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a brief description of what the problem is. Please wait to receive a refund/store credit approval from us before lodging/returning your parcel. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your refund/store credit has been approved instructions for re-packaging and safely leaving your parcel for collection with Sendle will be emailed to you. Once we have been notified of collection we will process your return/store credit. Please note refunds will be returned to the same credit card as purchased, we are strictly unable to refund to a different credit card/bank account.
If you are awaiting a refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com
Please note: Bouncing Back From Birth takes all care when packaging items to ensure a safe journey, however we are not responsible for items damaged in transit.
IMPORTANT: To be eligible for a return, your item must be *unused* and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Our store credit/exchange policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you exchange or store credit.
