SRC RECOVERY LEGGINGS
Sizing
Unsure on which size is best for you - get in touch we're here to help!
Stand with your feet together in just your underwear. Place the measuring tape over the pubic bone and biggest part of the bottom. This will make a perfect circle around your hips at it's widest part. Keep the tape straight and allow it to touch all points but do not pull it tight. We highly recommend asking your health care provider or support person to take these measurements for you.
It is recommended you measure for SRC Recovery Leggings no earlier than 36 weeks gestation. Should you find you are smack bang on the cusp of sizes we recommend selecting the smaller size due to the loss of fluids post delivery.
(Remember SRC Recovery Leggings are not suitable to be worn or tried on during pregnancy)

Wearing your SRC Recovery Leggings
Sit while putting the garment over your feet and legs, one at a time. Be gentle Mama! Once on both legs pull the garment up to your knees, then waist and crotch. Finally, pull the top band up until it sits under your bra.
Please ask a support person to assist you in putting your Recovery Leggings on after birth. Importantly if you have had a c-section do not drag the garment over your wound. Lift it gently.
You should feel supported, but not restricted. Wear to comfort in the early days. Once you are fully comfortable in the garment you may wear day and night until you are fully healed. If you have perineal stitches change your maternity pad every 2 hours and opt for pads without plastic backings to prevent moisture build up.
Wash in cold water with a small amount of detergent
Line dry outside, not in direct sunlight
Do not use bleach or softeners

Wearing your Solidea Compression Stockings
Be sure to go nice and easy when putting on your Compression Shorts. Step through and if you have a c-section wound, gently lift over the top. Removing rings will help stop snags and pulls - as the material is waved and soft to the touch. Your Compression Shorts should feel tight and supportive but not restrictive.
It is up to you when to start wearing your Compression Shorts, the manufacturer recommends waiting a few days once swelling and excess fluid had subsided. If you have had a cesarean, be guided by your health provider.
When machine washing place in a delicate's bag and lay flat to dry, out of direct sunlight. Avoid bleaches.
